I looked at the amount of presents I received, the letters and cards and messages that each of you wrote to me, the words of encouragement and praises and heartfelt wishes for me to be good, the lifely discussions and posts over here in the forum ever since the gathering, all your birthday wishes to me, all the giving to me without asking for anything in return, and I know I am One Lucky Guy.
Thank you all, each of you, for everything you have given me and the love you have shown me. I’m really glad to have this group of ardent supporters (a lot of you now people I know personally and friends) by my side or behind me all the time.
Really don’t mean to be mushy but these are heartfelt words on a holiday season when emotions run high. Haha! Since when did I become so mushy? Must be that Stupid Tarzan!
Anyway, here’s wishing all of you here a really Oyi-Oyi-O Xmas & year 2010 ahead! All those who did not wear red/ green for the gathering, don’t think I have forgotten, you all still owe me forfeits, which I will get back at the next gathering a year later. =)

Met up everyone @ 11am @ Chinese Garden Mrt.
Bus left at 11.30am, with Elvin driving and following us behind.
No one knows the venue, not even Elvin as we kept it as a secret from everyone! =]
We finally reached our destination- Jurong Island!
We had some hiccups and obstacles passing thru e super high security custom and was delayed for 1 hour or so.
But is relieved and glad that everything was resolved. and we managed to extend the gathering too.
La vela @ Jurong Island- A pretty nice restaurant with super nice scenery of the sea.
Not many ppl have a chance to enter this island so I hope that it was quite an experience and eye-opener for everyone.
Started with the X’mas lunch buffet, food was awesome! – All the elves agrees too. hehe!
1st game was ‘Getting to know you’- Elves have to fill have the 9 boxes in the pc of paper given out to them.
Some ques were, “find an elve staying in the north”, “find an elve under 16″, “find an elve who’s carrying a nokia phone”, “find someone who can say I love u in 3 different languages” and so on.
the top 3 elves were given some privileges with elvin. + presents brought along by elvin. =]
jazz got to duet a love song wif elvin.
fiona got massage by elvin.
naomi was ‘rescued’ from a robber by elvin. heehee! =p
Next was followed by Elves introduction.
And then was another round of game- “bi shou hua jiao” – where each team send out a representative.
Top 2 were given some “goodies”
ernie & elvin held on to their little fingers and turn small circles around, how cute! 
athena gotten to ‘zi pai’ a very sweet pic wif elvin.
Aftermath, we had different groups to take pix wif elvin, followed by everyone wif elvin, and followed by solo pix wif the birthday boy! =]
Last but no least we had gift exchange. everyone had brought a gift along. =]
gifts were given out using ‘lucky draw’ method.
Elvin’s gift was dipped away by the very lucky alyce!
and Elvin dipped Ivy’s gift. =p
We picked up another 3 names as Elvin had brought 3 cute plushies along!
congrats tanat, ruibing, cindy. =D
Hope all of u had lotsa fun and hope to seeya and more new faces next year!

I want to hear from you all on that poll. Action speaks louder than words. In my opinion, I am pleasantly surprised. He got it right and the feel was especially good in many scenes. 黄俊雄自爆3年没性生活！
“泰山”黄俊雄不让“劲敌”戴阳天独美，也爆出自己3年没性生活！黄俊雄昨天受访时坦言，自己在18岁念初院时就失处男身，还比戴阳天早2年经历成人礼！
戴阳天近来除了与合作的女艺人频频传绯闻之外，更自爆自己20岁失身，3年没性生活，内容一次比一次劲爆，也让他成为新闻红人。黄俊雄在《当我们同在一起》与戴阳天有不少竞争对手戏，从戏里“斗”到戏外，最近戴阳天新闻不少，黄俊雄也不甘示弱，爆出自己18岁就失身，3年没性生活。
“我中学念的是男校，周围都没有女生，后来到初院是男女同校，还有点不习惯。我的第一次……大概是在18、9岁的时候啦！我也是3年没有性生活啦！之前跟相恋5年半的女友分手后，身边也没有其他人了，对于感情我现在没有那么执著了，一切随缘。”黄俊雄也强调，因为拍戏工作忙碌，要谈恋爱非常不容易，现在人比较成熟，只要在一起感觉合拍，当下那刻就是天长地久。
笑黄俊雄，他18岁失身还提早“对手”戴阳天2年当成人，黄俊雄笑说：“他怎么可能20岁才失身，肯定在13岁就失了啦！这样说来，他还赢我5年才对！这个阳天真的很厉害咧，说自己不懂得讨女孩子欢心，比较害羞内向，不是花花公子…….才怪啦！哈哈哈！”黄俊雄说。
黄俊雄曾经是一哥人选，如今《当》里成为第2男主角，被后来追上的戴阳天爬在前头，外界一直认为两个小生王不见王，斗得火热。黄俊雄笑说，他手机里也有戴阳天的电话号码，两人私底下经常聊天。
“我们其实还蛮要好的，工作上合作得很舒服，我们平时也会聊挺多的。我们是朋友，不只是同事，哈哈！”
娱乐圈前江后浪滚滚，黄俊雄说：“有人会说他是新宠，认为我们在竞争，其实我也知道我也有过自己的时间，正当我演技慢慢成熟、比较稳的时候，又有一批新人后辈像振环、袁帅、炯江的冒起，不过幸运的是，我还是比他们前面一点，占了一些优势。其实，现在比较成熟，对得失比较看得开。可是，如果你让我选，我还是会选演‘泰山’这个第2男主角，因为这个角色真的很适合我，而我也演得很享受。”
黄俊雄在《当》里演技进步受观众肯定，得到观众正面回响，他也吃了定心丸。“之前原本还希望《双子星》里的奸人角色能得到认可，但却得到反效果，一直被炮轰说我演得烂，信心确实受到一定打击。现在看到《当》的‘泰山’反应蛮好，让我很高兴，还有观众会上前跟我说考车不及格也不要紧，哈哈！现在，我也比较有信心掌握角色，只要给我什么机会，我也都会好好把握。”

Swinging after his role as the naive, muscled Tarzan in the current Channel 8 drama Together, Elvin Ng will delve six feet under as an undertaker in an upcoming series, titled New Beginnings. (Think something along the lines of marriages and life and death, a la Four Weddings and a Funeral)
To gain a deeper insight into the funeral industry, the actor has been meeting with morticians and paid visits to the funeral parlour. “It is a really remarkable occupation,” he shares. Looking at dead people everyday, you will tend to have a different outlook and perspective on life.”
He’s unfazed by the notion of working with dead bodies as he is “not very superstitious about all these taboos, because I have done nothing wrong. We have been visiting the funeral parlor to understand the trade better and to see how morticians work.”
He has “yet to observe a mortician work on an actual dead body”, though. Asked if he was open to watching an actual embalming process, and the 29-year-old sheepishly confesses, “Actually, I am quite worried if we have to really sit through and watch them do their work on the dead.”
Elvin also has had near-death experiences. Three years ago, he got into a car accident.
“After it happened, I went home and took a shower. It then dawned upon me, I am still here It got me thinking a lot about life and death.”
In New Beginnings, Elvin’s character (Jiajun) joins Jeanette Aw’s character (Shiya) at the funeral parlour and begins to learn the ropes of the trade from her. He originally joins with the intention of exacting out revenge against Jeanette’s father but realizes the folly of his ways later.
Fans of Elvin and Jeanette Aw have a reason to cheer and look forward to this upcoming drama series. For the fourth time, the duo will play a pair of onscreen lovers in this show.
“A struggle arises within [my character] as he is caught between his mother and his love interest,” Elvin quipped.
Grinning from ear to ear with satisfaction written all over his face, Elvin finally scores the girl, and her heart in this drama series, “This time round, we fall in love with each other. A one-sided love relationship is too painful.”
If their unrequited love story in Together was anything but heart-wrenching and dissatisfying, fret not, they’ll finally get a happy ending of their own here.
New Beginnings will debut April 14, 2010, at 9pm on Channel 8.

Really really quiet
I came here 2day somehow expecting 2 see a post or 2 about
“Together” since it made its debut 2nite
Seems like expectation leads to disappointment
N perhaps i shld not expect too much
No one is obliged to anyway
It feels a lot more cold, distanced n foreign now as im writing
As compared 2 e lifely n cosy Elvinology of e past
Nevertheless i certainly hope tt U ll still read my post here even
if U hav chosen not to write/ participate here
Im busy preparing 4 e SPD charity show this wkn n also my new
drama “New Beginnings” which starts filming next wk
Initially thot i wld hav a short break in betw after filming 4
“Together” ended last wk
Seems like tts not e case
I ll continue 2 work hard this year end thru Xmas n 2 Chinese New
Year in 2010
I really hope my character in “Together” called “Tarzan (Wong)” (Huang
Zhihao) ll bring much joy n happiness 2 U all
I enjoyed myself alot filming n being “Tarzan”
Just bcos he is such a simple, innocent, loyal, honest, direct n
spontaneous person
Who believes so much in what he is doing n doing it no-holds-barred
No matter how silly it might turn out 2 b
Which makes him such a lovable character
At e present moment
“Tarzan” wld hav 2 b my all-time favourite role so far
Hope U all ll enjoy watching this 36-ep drama “Together”
